Selling to customers inside India? Our India site covers the domestic market

Delhi NCR businesses, selling to the world

Delhi NCR is where India's outbound economy is concentrated — the IT corridors of Gurugram and Noida, the trading hubs of central Delhi, the export manufacturing of Okhla and Udyog Vihar. This page is about marketing those businesses to customers outside India. For NCR businesses selling within India, our India site covers that market properly.

What NCR actually is, commercially

The National Capital Region formally spans Delhi NCT plus fourteen districts of Haryana, eight of Uttar Pradesh and two of Rajasthan — an administrative area far larger than the commercial one. For businesses selling internationally the practical map is much tighter: Gurugram, Noida and central Delhi carry the overwhelming majority of it.

That concentration is useful. It means outbound-focused marketing in NCR is not a geographic problem at all — it is a sector problem. An IT services firm in Sector 62 Noida and a SaaS company in Cyber City have far more in common with each other than either has with a retailer two streets away.

The clusters that sell abroad

Gurugram — Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Udyog Vihar

IT services, BPO, consulting and the India headquarters of multinationals. Predominantly B2B, long sales cycles, LinkedIn and search rather than social. Also Gurugram's export manufacturing base at Udyog Vihar.

Noida — Sector 62, 63, 132, 142

Software services, product companies and electronics. A growing SaaS base selling largely into the US and Europe, where the marketing challenge is demand generation in a market nobody on the team has lived in.

Delhi — Nehru Place, Connaught Place, Okhla

Technology trading, professional services and export manufacturing. Older, relationship-led businesses now needing digital channels into markets they previously reached through agents and trade fairs.

Greater Noida and Faridabad

Manufacturing and industrial export, increasingly experimenting with direct-to-consumer channels into Western markets rather than selling only through distributors.

The three ways NCR outbound marketing usually fails

Domestic playbooks applied to foreign markets

WhatsApp-led nurture, aggressive discounting and price-first positioning work in India and frequently backfire abroad. A US B2B buyer reading an Indian-market funnel experiences it as pressure, not service.

Compliance discovered after the complaint

GDPR consent, Consent Mode v2, CAN-SPAM and the Australian Spam Act are not optional and not lightly enforced. The most common version of this is an email programme built on a list that was never lawfully collected for that market.

A site that reads as obviously foreign

Not the English — the conventions. Pricing presentation, trust signals, address formats, date formats, the absence of a local phone number. Individually trivial, collectively enough to lose a first-time buyer.

What we do for NCR businesses selling abroad

Destination-market demand generation

Google, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns built for the buyer in the destination country, not translated from an Indian campaign.

Multi-currency and cross-border checkout

Display in the customer's currency, settle in yours. The same architecture this site runs on.

Destination compliance and tracking

GDPR, Consent Mode v2, server-side tracking and consent-aware analytics so your data survives the rules of the market you sell into.

Localised content and creative

Written for the destination market's conventions, then reviewed by someone who lives with them.

Common questions

How is this different from your India site?

globalinfoedge.in is for NCR businesses selling to Indian customers — locality pages, local pack, INR and GST, WhatsApp follow-up. This site is for NCR businesses selling outside India, and for foreign buyers evaluating us. Different buyers, deliberately different sites.

We are in Gurugram and sell to US clients. Which team handles that?

The export desk. Practically it means campaigns built around US search behaviour and buying cycles, US-market compliance, and support hours that exist when your customers are awake — none of which comes out of a domestic Indian playbook.

Do you cover all of NCR?

Our service area covers the full National Capital Region. Our published pages concentrate on the districts where outbound businesses actually cluster — Gurugram, Noida and central Delhi — because that is where this offer is relevant.
