Marketing Indian businesses to the world
This is our export desk. If you are a Delhi NCR business selling to customers in India, our India site is the right place to start. This page is for the other case: Indian companies whose customers are in the US, the UK, the Gulf, Australia or New Zealand — and for foreign buyers weighing up whether a Delhi team can run their marketing.
Two different jobs, and this is the harder one
Marketing an Indian business to Indian customers and marketing an Indian business to American ones are not variations of the same task. The search behaviour is different, the price expectations are different, the compliance regime is different, and the payment rails are different. A campaign structure that performs in Delhi will usually underperform in Dallas for reasons that have nothing to do with the ad copy.
We run both, from the same New Delhi office. But we keep them separate deliberately, because the teams that are good at one are not automatically good at the other — and because a client selling into California deserves someone who has actually done it.
Selling outward from India — what we have done
High-spend Google Ads management at scale for the US market, run from Delhi, alongside landing pages, CRM and managed hosting. This is the reference engagement for what outbound looks like when it works: an Indian operation competing directly in one of the most expensive advertising markets in the world, on cost efficiency.
A $0.21 average cost per click in the US auto-parts category is the number that matters here. It is not achieved by bidding less — it is achieved by structure, negatives, feed hygiene and relentless pruning, which is exactly the sort of execution-heavy work an Indian team can do better because it can afford to spend more hours on it.
Where India's outbound businesses actually are
The export and global-facing economy in NCR is geographically concentrated, and it is not spread evenly across the region. It clusters in a handful of business districts, which is why our coverage of NCR on this site is organised around those rather than around residential catchments.
The densest concentration of India-based teams serving US and European clients, plus the India headquarters of a large number of foreign firms. If your customer is abroad and your office is in NCR, statistically you are probably here.
Noida's IT corridor — software services and SaaS companies whose revenue is largely outside India. Long sales cycles, B2B buyers, LinkedIn rather than WhatsApp.
Asia's largest IT hardware market and a long-established technology trading hub, with import and export relationships that predate the internet.
Delhi and Gurugram's manufacturing and apparel export base — established overseas trade links, and increasingly direct-to-consumer channels into Western markets.
What outbound marketing actually requires
Your checkout, your ad accounts and your invoicing all need to work in your customer's currency, not yours. We build multi-currency display with foreign settlement — the same architecture this site runs on.
GDPR and UK data rules, Consent Mode v2, CAN-SPAM, the Australian Spam Act, New Zealand's Fair Trading Act. Indian advertising rules do not govern what you say to a British customer — theirs do, and the standards are frequently stricter.
If your customers are in California, your support and sales response has to exist in California hours. We plan that explicitly rather than assuming email will cover it.
Copy, design conventions, pricing presentation and trust signals all differ by market. The most common failure in Indian outbound marketing is a site that is technically fine and culturally obviously foreign to its buyer.
For foreign buyers looking at a Delhi partner
The other half of this page's audience is people outside India considering whether to work with a Delhi team at all. The short version: we are at 3A, 3rd Floor, Kehar Singh Estate, near Saket Metro, New Delhi 110030 — a real office with people in it — we hold a Google Business Profile rated 4.9 across roughly 250 reviews, and we are a certified Google Partner.
The longer version is on our how-we-work pages, which cover engagement models, the timezone windows we actually staff, security and data handling, and a straight comparison of our pricing against local agency rates in your market. Those pages are written to be read by a sceptic.
Common questions
I am a Delhi business selling in India — is this the right page?
Probably not. This page is about selling outward from India. For domestic Delhi NCR marketing — local pack, walk-in intent, INR and GST, WhatsApp-led follow-up — globalinfoedge.in is the site built for that buyer.
Can an Indian agency really compete in the US or UK market?
On execution-heavy work, yes. All Auto Part Store is our reference: over $1M in managed Google Ads spend in the US market at a $0.21 average CPC and 178,000 leads. That efficiency comes from structure and relentless account hygiene, which is precisely the kind of work that benefits from more hours rather than more proximity.
Do you handle compliance for the markets we sell into?
Yes, and it is usually the first thing we audit. GDPR and Consent Mode v2 for the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US, the Spam Act in Australia, the Fair Trading Act in New Zealand. Indian rules do not govern what you say to a foreign customer.
Which of your two sites should I be on?
If your customers are in India, use globalinfoedge.in. If your customers are outside India — or you are outside India assessing us — this one. They are deliberately different sites for different buyers, not translations of each other.
