Why our headquarters being in India is the point
Most agencies in our position bury the fact that the work happens in India. We lead with it, because for the clients we want it is the reason to call — not an objection to manage. Here is the honest version: what you gain, what it costs you, and who should not hire us.
What you actually gain
A full-service retainer that costs $8,000–15,000 a month with a domestic agency costs $2,000–6,000 with an offshore team. The gap is salary differential and overhead, not effort or skill.
At domestic rates your budget buys a junior. At ours the same budget buys someone with ten years of experience. This is the part most buyers underestimate — you are not trading down on seniority, you are trading up.
Adding a specialist to your account takes about two weeks. Hiring one in London, Sydney or Toronto takes three to six months and a recruitment fee.
For UK and European clients our team has already been working for hours when you log on. Overnight turnaround is genuinely overnight.
What it costs you — stated plainly
Every arrangement has trade-offs, and pretending otherwise is how offshore relationships fail in month three. These are ours.
For New Zealand and eastern Australia the overlap is genuinely hard — our morning is your afternoon and our evening is your night. We publish the exact window we staff for each market rather than implying round-the-clock cover.
If your business needs someone physically in the room — a photoshoot, an in-person workshop, a trade stand — that is not us, and you should hire locally for it.
A Google Business Profile requires a staffed address in that city. We do not have one in London or Auckland and will not pretend to. If your goal is specifically to rank a listing in a local pack, hire an agency with a real presence there.
Idiom, humour and local reference points do not transfer for free. We handle it with local-market review on customer-facing copy, but it is a process, not an assumption.
Who should not hire us
We would rather lose the enquiry than the relationship. Do not hire us if you need someone physically present, if you need guaranteed same-hour response inside Pacific business hours, or if your organisation cannot approve a supplier outside its own jurisdiction. Those are real constraints and no amount of good intent works around them.
Everyone else — agencies wanting delivery capacity, businesses wanting senior marketing at a sane price, teams wanting execution against their own strategy — is exactly who this is built for.
Proof, not adjectives
A redesigned website, local SEO and Business Profile work took a joinery brand to #1 in its local pack. Delivered entirely from Delhi, for a client 12,000 km away.
Compliant Google Ads in a restricted health category, plus a custom CRM, cut cost per lead by 64% and opened a consistent channel of qualified patient enquiries.
The live AI chat, the CRM behind it, the IP-based fraud detection and the multi-currency checkout were all built in-house. Everything you are using right now is a working demonstration, not a claim.
Common questions
Is outsourcing marketing to India actually worth it?
For execution-heavy work — SEO, paid media management, content production, development — yes, and the economics are not close. For work that depends on physical presence or same-hour availability in a Pacific timezone, no. The honest test is whether the work product can be judged on its output rather than on proximity.
Will I be handed off to someone junior after the sales call?
No. The specialists on your account have named profiles on this site, and you meet them before you sign. If the person you met is not the person doing the work, you have been mis-sold — by us or by anyone else.
How is the price this much lower?
Cost of living and local overhead. A senior paid-media specialist in London costs three to four times what the same experience costs in Delhi, and your retainer is not funding a client-services layer or a city-centre office. The platforms, certifications and hours are identical.
