Payment methods

How you pay us

Paying a supplier in another country is the part that quietly stalls deals β€” usually not because the client objects, but because their finance team has questions nobody answered. So here is how payment works, what it costs you, and which documents we hand over so your accountant is satisfied the first time rather than the third.

The ways you can pay

Bank transfer in your own currency β€” preferred

We hold receiving accounts in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD and AED through regulated cross-border providers. You pay a domestic-looking transfer in your own currency; no international wire fee, no card surcharge, and no exchange-rate markup added to your invoice. Account details appear on your invoice and at checkout.

Card or PayPal

Available for every plan and useful for smaller or first-time engagements where speed matters more than cost. It settles instantly, and we absorb the processing cost rather than passing it on.

UPI, NEFT and Razorpay β€” India only

Indian clients pay in rupees through Razorpay, with UPI, netbanking and cards all supported. We never route a domestic Indian client through a foreign gateway.

SWIFT wire for larger engagements

For substantial one-off projects or annual prepayments, a direct SWIFT transfer is usually the cheapest route. Your bank will charge a flat fee rather than a percentage.

What it costs you to pay us

Nothing, on the transfer itself. We do not add a payment surcharge, a currency conversion fee or a percentage for using one method over another. The price you see is the price you pay.

One deliberate absence: we never charge a percentage of your advertising spend. Management is a flat fee, so nobody here has an incentive to talk you into a bigger budget. Media money goes to the platform, not through us.

The paperwork your finance team will ask for

We are an Indian company invoicing a client abroad, which raises a predictable set of questions. We would rather answer them here than have your accounts payable discover them at the first invoice.

A proper commercial invoice

Issued in your currency with our full legal entity details, registered address, GSTIN and PAN. Formatted so it can be booked as a foreign supplier invoice without anyone chasing us for a missing field.

No GST on your invoice

Export of services from India is zero-rated under GST. We hold a Letter of Undertaking, which means we invoice you without adding Indian tax rather than charging it and reclaiming it later. Your invoice carries no Indian GST line.

W-8BEN-E for US clients

US payers generally need a W-8BEN-E on file from a foreign entity to establish foreign status and claim treaty benefits, without which default withholding can apply. We provide a completed form before your first payment.

Tax Residency Certificate and Form 10F

India has double-taxation treaties with the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UAE and most of the EU. Where your jurisdiction requires proof of our tax residence to apply treaty rates, we supply a TRC and Form 10F on request.

On withholding tax β€” read this with your accountant

Whether you are obliged to withhold tax on a payment to an Indian supplier depends on your own jurisdiction, the relevant treaty article, and whether the service falls under a technical-services clause. It is not the same answer in every country and we are not in a position to give you tax advice.

What we can do is remove the friction: we supply the W-8BEN-E, TRC and Form 10F promptly, we invoice with the detail your advisor needs to reach a conclusion, and if your finance team wants a call with ours to settle the treatment before the first invoice, we will arrange it. Most clients find the position is simpler than they feared, but please confirm it with your own advisor rather than taking our word for it.

What happens if something goes wrong

A transfer that has not landed

Send us the reference and we will trace it. Cross-border transfers occasionally sit in an intermediary bank for a day; that is normal and recoverable.

A disputed invoice

Tell us before it is due, not after. We would rather issue a credit note than have an invoice quietly age into a bad conversation.

Changing method mid-engagement

Fine, any time. Some clients start on card and move to bank transfer once the relationship is established.

Ending the engagement

You are billed to the end of the notice period and no further. No cancellation fee, no automatic annual renewal you have to remember to escape.

Common questions

Can I pay in my own currency?

Yes. We hold receiving accounts in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD and AED, so for most clients this is a domestic transfer rather than an international one. Switch currency in the site header to see any price in yours.

Do you add a fee for paying by card or bank transfer?

No. There is no payment surcharge, no conversion fee and no percentage difference between methods. We absorb the processing cost.

Will there be Indian GST on our invoice?

No. Export of services is zero-rated under Indian GST and we hold a Letter of Undertaking, so we invoice you without adding Indian tax. Any tax due in your own country is a matter for your jurisdiction.

Do you provide a W-8BEN-E?

Yes, before your first payment. US payers generally need one on file from a foreign entity to establish foreign status and claim treaty benefits. We also provide a Tax Residency Certificate and Form 10F where your jurisdiction requires them.

Do you take a percentage of our ad spend?

No, and deliberately so. Management is a flat fee, which means nobody here benefits from persuading you to spend more. Media budget goes directly to the platform.

What are your payment terms?

Retainers and dedicated specialists are billed monthly in advance on 14-day terms; projects are milestone-billed; white-label partners are billed monthly in arrears on one consolidated invoice. Nothing stops at day 15 without a conversation first.
